Singapore are in the semi-finals of the Tiger-Cup!!! Therefore as singaporeans we should support our singapore soccer team!!!I contacted my friends and organised an outing to the national stadium on sunday to watch the football match between singapore and mynammar........It was raining the whole day on sunday which made me deliberate on whether to go for the match or not.....In the end, I decided to go and try my luck.....I went with nancy, steven, kok leong and teo and we went to buy the tickets at national stadium first before proceeding to geyland to have our dinner.....

It was still drizzling while we were having our dinner at geylang but luckily the rain stopped just before kickoff....We went into the stadium about 15 mins after kickoff and by then mynammar was already 1-0 up.....we quickly took our seats and watch the remainding of the first half. Mynammar was 2-0 up before the end of the second half......and singapore did not seem to be at its home ground cos the 10,000 mynammar fans were making more noise than the singapore fans.....

But sinapore fought back in the second half they won the match 4-2 after extra time....the match not only had on the ball incidents but it also had many off the ball incidents....the singapore fans were tauting the mynammar fans towards the end of the the extra time and some fans even threw water bottles and even a tupperware with mee goreng as they walked to the exit!!!! This lead to some confronations and shouting before some of them......We then decided to leave so there began to be more and more confrontations and also the extra time will be ending in about 5 mins......Well...it is also the best time to avoid the crowds........Singapore qualified for the Tiger Cup Finals!!!!so we will be going for the next match at National Stadium on Jan 16!!!
